How much of my time will it take to set this site up?
You can set up a GS Mortgage Broker Site yourself in just a few minutes. We have found that most of our clients would prefer to talk to a real person. So we are happy to set your site up for you at no charge. It can be done in person (we love to have you stop by the office) or over the phone, in about 10 minutes.

Do I have to make all the updates to my web site myself?
No. We are happy to do them for you, if you wish. There is a small fee for doing updates. Because we use the same tools we provide you to make changes to your site, it takes less time than using normal web developement tools. So, it's less expensive to have updates done, even when you ask us to do them.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is no contract to sign and no minimum length of subscription. You can cancel at any time.

How long will it take for my site to be "Live"?
This varys depending on whether you have a domain name already or you are registering a new one. If we register a .com, .net, .org or .info domain name for you, your site is usually active in about 30 minutes. If we register a .ca, it usually takes about a day. If you are using a domain name you have registered with another provider, it usually takes between 12 and 72 hours.

Can I start with a pre-designed layout and have a custom site built for me later?
Yes. We have many clients who do this. Try it out using a pre-designed layout to make sure it works for you and then have a cutom site designed.

Why are your custom site designs so much less expensive than other web developers?
The main reason is that all the cost goes toward the design, not creating content or custom programing features and tools for you to use. For the most part they have already been developed and you don't have to pay to have them custom built again.

Do I have to pay for upgrades to the GS System?
The GS System has been in the works for over two years and there is no end in sight. There is no charge to you when we upgrade. From time to time, we add completely new features and, depending on the development costs, there may be a small additional charge if you want use that feature on your site.
